07:30 Roll call on the beach
08:00 The challenge starts at Hobie Beach and heads towards Natures Valley for the 1st check point and then backtracks to the 2nd check point at Plettenberg Bay’s main beach and then onto a checkpoint at Brenton on Sea, passing Knysna on the seaward side of the Knysna Heads. After that it’s on to beach checkpoints at Swartvlei and Wilderness, then on to check points at Glentana, Groot Brak River, Klein Brak River. After Klein Brak River the boats need to stay on the land side of the seal island (passing between island and Diaz beach) and on to the finish at Santos Beach.
